Our highly qualified engineers, technicians, and project management team will devote total attention to your project. PACS staff includes registered professional engineers, engineering graduates, scientists, certified laboratory and field engineering technicians.

PACS state of the art facility specializes in providing testing services that only a handful of laboratories can provide. PACS laboratory services are utilized by several CMT laboratories throughout the Houston area due to our success in specialty testing that our competitors just cannot provide. We encourage and provide access to training both internally and externally for our technicians such as:

• American Concrete Institute (ACI)
• National Institute for the Certification of Engineering Technicians (NICET)
• Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)

PACS maintains a local, AASHTO certified, fully-functional laboratory facility that meets the requirements of ASTM E 329, ASTM D 3740, and ASTM C 1077 and meets the requirements of R18.

PACS also performs field audits of personnel along with internal reviews of laboratory testing procedures, report review procedures, project staffing requirements, procedures, and documents these findings.
